Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to reports of broken equipment and performing routine maintenance tasks. - Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and other problems in systems and equipment. - Conducting regular inspections to prevent future issues and ensure efficient operation. - Performing tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and keeping the grounds clean. - Tracking and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed. - Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. - Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, comply with safety procedures, and keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
