Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV & Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, home/office automation solutions, access control, networking, and related ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Setup and troubleshoot home automation systems (smart lighting, gate automation, alarms, etc.).
• Perform cable routing, termination, and testing.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.
• Ensure installations are completed with quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Keep records of site activities, installations, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CCTV, security systems, or automation installation.
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP cameras, routers, switches).
• Understanding of ELV systems (access control, video door phones, intercoms).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations.
• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred).
