Job Description

Responsibilities · Repairing and maintaining all kinds of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Building related work at all company’s properties · Adding new plumbing and electrical connections. · Basic knowledge in civil / structural / painting works · Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls · Conduct regular inspection tours of the properties to ensure all operating equipment (DG, UPS, Lift, Heat pump, RO, Geysers, Borewell motor, Sump motor, CCTV, Biometric Door) is working correctly · Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition · Keep proper track record of various projects and follow timelines · Making sure the vendor's work is correct and up to standard Key Requirements · Maintenance/Repair experience in high-rises, flats, and household buildings. · Basic educational qualification upto SSC (Diploma / ITI Electrical will be a plus). · Owns and knows how to ride a two wheeler or preferably a car · Basic use of smartphone, excel and emails · Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage If interested please ping me or call me on 9108825497
