Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Maintain HVAC, lighting, and other building systems in optimal working condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Assist with installation, setup, and modification of new or existing equipment.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance workshop and equipment areas.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,699.10 per month
