Job Description

Position: Maintenance Technician

Work Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Maintenance Department

Educational Qualification: DME/ BE. Mech/ BE.Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and CMM machines.
Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of machines and equipment.
Ensure minimum downtime and maintain machine availability.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and performance.
Adhere to safety standards and 5S practices within the maintenance area.
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machines or systems.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
