Maintenance Technician

Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems, knowledge of safety procedures, and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Ability to diagnose problems, develop solutions, and implement preventive measures. Ability to communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, and supervisors. Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to subordinates. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures, ability to identify and mitigate hazards. Operates and maintains equipment, monitors production processes, and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
