Job Description

Job Title: Automation Maintainer

Location: SIPCOT Industrial Park, Thervoy Kandigai Village, Tiruvallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 601202

Experience: 4–10 Years

We are looking for an Automation Maintainer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated and electrical equipment to ensure high machine availability and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on automation and electrical systems
Troubleshoot SPM machines (mandatory); CNC/other machines exposure is a plus
Handle basic PLC troubleshooting, sensors, conveyors, motors, and drives
Work on electrical panel wiring, circuits, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Ensure equipment safety, quality standards, and proper documentation
Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with SPM machines
Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
Knowledge of sensors, VFDs/drives, motors, conveyors
Electrical panel wiring and circuit troubleshooting
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems exposure
