Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Project Member/Maintenance Technician Bike Needed Role Overview The Maintenance technician will be responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted kitchen operations through timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and effective vendor coordination. The role also involves leading technical support for new kitchen launches and project work, along with managing a small technical team and traveling city to support multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Monitor repairs related to building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting as needed. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen infrastructure and equipment with the Manager. Respond promptly to emergencies, follow safety protocols, and notify relevant personnel. Guide, train, and manage the operations/technical team on safe equipment handling. Ensure zero downtime of kitchen operations and menu delivery. Track, manage, and reduce facility and equipment breakdown costs while maintaining proper expense records. Be flexible to travel within the city for operational. Skills & Qualifications ITI or Diploma Experience in technical maintenance roles (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or facilities). Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and commercial kitchen equipment. Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and project execution skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel city for operations. Need Bike Compulsory
