Job Description

Assembly and installation:
Assembling, installing, and fitting mechanical components and entire systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
Maintenance and repair:
Performing regular maintenance, inspecting equipment for safety and quality, diagnosing malfunctions, and completing repair work.
Fabrication:
Using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit metal parts and tools, and performing welding as required.
Safety and quality:
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring that finished parts are accurate and meet quality standards.
Collaboration and reporting:
Working with engineers and other team members on projects, and keeping records of maintenance and repair activities.

Skills and qualifications

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency with hand and power tools, and welding equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical strength and stamina for a potentially demanding job.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
An understanding of construction and industry safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Fabrication welding of pipe line, vessels, pots, pumps foundation, structures, steam pipe, cast iron/SS welding jobs.

Note: Above working should be known and capability to develop team for above skills.
