Job Description

Role & responsibilities Central Maintenance Press & Weld Shop Team To lead the equipment break down & scheduled repair activities for Weld shop. Pursue the investigation of root cause of machine failure, measures to prevent recurrence Planning of periodical maintenance (TBM & CBM) Execution of planned Inspections and planned repair & maintenance activities. Safety management and guidance to subordinates & makers while inspections. Horizontal deployment of learning from Break Downs/other plants. Specific Functional Skills Required He must have good knowledge about Fanuc Robots, Mitsubishi PLC, GOTs, VFDs, Servo Motors, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Circuits, and their auxiliaries. Should have good knowledge about Electrical & Mechanical Drawings. Should have good knowledge about Weld shop key auxiliaries like Area Sensors, Sealers, Slat conveyors, Transfer conveyors, Jigs & Fixtures etc. Should have good knowledge about troubleshooting of Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic circuit components. Should have good knowledge about Fanuc Robot operations like-Mastering, Reducers replacement, Pulse Coder harness replacement, Greasing etc. Preferred candidate profile As per Company Norms (Fanuc Robots Background is must)
