Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure high standards of maintenance work. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment. - Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and chemical processing issues and implementing solutions. - Coordinating with vendors and external contractors for specialized repairs. - Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures. - Maintaining records of maintenance activities and recommending improvements. - Utilizing predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate and prevent breakdowns. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. - Conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing safe work practices. - Investigating accidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Maintaining inventory of spare parts and ensuring timely procurement. - Managing maintenance budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization. - Collaborating with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Preparing and presenting reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and improvement plans. - Suggesting upgrades and improvements to enhance plant efficiency and longevity.
