Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at our facility in Rajkot. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and executing preventive maintenance plans, troubleshooting equipment issues, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and guide maintenance staff effectively
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance planning
• Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of industrial machinery
• Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to safety protocols
• Technical certifications in relevant fields or a diploma in engineering is preferred
• Familiarity with maintenance-related software and tools is an advantage
