Maintenance & Production Engineer

You will be responsible for leading maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Your key responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will manage PLC & SCADA-based automation systems, oversee plant projects including installation, commissioning, and upgradation of machinery, and ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Additionally, you will monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management, while training and mentoring the maintenance team on technical skills. Collaboration with production and quality teams to enhance plant productivity and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be essential for optimizing cost, energy, and equipment lifecycle.
