Maintenance Plumber

As a Plumber, your role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment such as pipes, valves, faucets, drains, water heaters, and pumps. You will be responsible for carrying out routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances as required. It is crucial to respond promptly to plumbing-related service requests and emergencies while identifying potential issues and recommending long-term solutions. Your duties will also include maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment. - Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns. - Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances. - Respond promptly to plumbing-related service requests and emergencies. - Identify potential issues and recommend long-term solutions. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions. - Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies. - Collaborate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and management.
