Maintenance Plumber

The Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and plumbing fixtures across the facility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Fix leaks, blockages, damaged pipes, and drainage issues.
• Maintain water tanks, pumps, and sanitary systems.
• Install and repair washbasins, taps, showers, toilets, and pipelines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Work with maintenance team to resolve urgent plumbing complaints.
• Maintain tools and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Record daily tasks and report to maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in plumbing maintenance
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems

Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving and repair skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork
• Understanding of plumbing materials and tools
