Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling:Develop and implement maintenance schedules for routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of equipment and facilities.
Staff Management:Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance staff, and manage their performance and assignments.
Budget & Cost Control:Track and manage maintenance budgets, expenses, and inventory to optimize resource allocation and minimize repair costs.
Inspections & Repairs:Perform regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address any issues, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
Safety & Compliance:Ensure that all maintenance operations and facilities comply with relevant safety standards, policies, and regulations.
Vendor Management:Coordinate and manage work performed by external contractors and vendors.
Equipment Optimization:Work to maximize the efficiency, productivity, and lifespan of the company's machinery and equipment.
Emergency Response:Be prepared to respond to and manage maintenance emergencies and unexpected equipment breakdowns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
