Description
1. Utility operation & Maintenance Operations & Maintenance of all utilities like DGs, LT, HT panel, Transformer, Firefighting and detection, General plumbing, ACs, Compressors, STP, UPS, CCTV, PA, Eppbx, lights etc. AMCs. Regular upkeep & maintenance of building, office infra etc. 2. Plant Maintenance Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown maintenance of weld shop, paint shop and Assy line. EOT, Shot blasting, Hydraulic, pneumatic, power and pneumatic tools. Spare part planning and ensure availability of spares. Increase availability of plant and machinery for production. Breakdown analysis and actions for improvement. Yearly R&M budgeting of plant machines, utility, Power & fuel. 3. Infra projects Support planning, coordination & execution of Civil work, Machine installation & commissioning, refurbishment & productivity upgradation. 4. Complying to all ISO standard requirements Ensure high safety standards in Projects and Maintenance function. Risk analysis and mitigation plan. Compliance to safety requirements and periodic safety audits. Making processes compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 standard. Sustainability, TPM, safety testing as per factory act.
