01. Spare parts monitoring.
02. Preventive maintenance plan and execution to reduce downtimes.
03. Predictive maintenance plan and execution to reduce the chances of unwanted breakdowns.
04. Handling of equipment breakdowns.
05. Jig& Equipment installation activities, new project handling
06. Erection and commissioning of new Jig& Equipment as per requirements.
07. PDCA system monitoring to reduce and eliminate sudden breakdowns.
08. Equipment condition physical check-in, taking actions accordingly.
09. Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of Jig& Equipment, and communication & training to subordinates
10. Monitor of jig equipment
11. Planning maintenance of critical equipment.
12. Management review of documentation.
13. Identifying the scope of improvement throughout the plant.
14. Safety rules follow.
