1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
2.Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
3.Repair or replace faulty mechanical components Bearings , Screw rods , Activators , Cylinders , DC valves etc
4.Write, modify, and troubleshoot ladder logic and function block diagrams in GX Works2/3 or GX Developer.
5.Integrate Mitsubishi PLCs with HMIs (e.g., Proface,GOT series) and SCADA systems.
6.Oversee the installation of new machinery, Conveyors , Screw drivers , Auto gluing dispensers , Scara robots , Robots .
7.Ensure systems meet operational and safety standards.
8.Mechanical systems knowledge (hydraulics, pneumatics, Screw tightening ( Atlas Capco , Estic Auto gluing machine Graco , Leak Testing Machines, Ateq, Fukuda, cosmo Etc )
9.CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like SAP, ERP
10.HMI: GOT2000 series, GT Designer3,Proface GP-PRO
11.Drives: Mitsubishi FR-D700, E700, A800 inverters
12.Panel Work: Wiring, control cabinet design, troubleshooting relay logic
