The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, integrating MES with machines, PLCs, RFID, testers, and shop-floor systems, ensuring seamless data flow, traceability, and process control.
Role & responsibilities 1) Comprehensive understanding statistical process control. - Quality Control (part, process and outgoing quality) 2) Ability to interpret electrical/electronic circuit diagrams. 3) Daily process inspection and periodic process audit 4) Ability to use statistical software (ex. MINITAB) 5) Regular capability study of Machine / Gage / Process 6) Ability to use M/S Excel function feature for statistical analysis 7) Internal approval and change control (quality verification and approval)
Role & responsibilities - Provide L1 and L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users. - Set up and manage user accounts, profiles, and access controls in Active Directory and o365. - Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing systems. - Perform regular system updates, patches, antivirus checks. - Support remote users(Site Users) via VPN, remote desktop tools, and collaboration platforms. - Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities (laptop provisioning, account setup, etc.). - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure. - Install and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. - Respond to network outages, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate network documentation including topology diagrams, configurations, and IP schemas. - Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for internet and leased line services. - Implement and maintain network security protocols and firewall rules. - Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and migrations.
