Summary:
- Experience in vacuum systems, mechanical maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Lead maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and optimize equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical components, including vacuum systems, gearboxes, and lift assemblies.
2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
3. Leadership: Lead a team, develop maintenance plans, and ensure safety compliance.
4. Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance costs.
5. Ensure smooth operation of distillery equipment, including hydraulic system, pneumatic system, EOT cranes, conveyors, vacuum distillation, vacuum pumps, compressors, hydraulic fluid, reservoirs, actuators, piping systems (directional valves), rotating equipment & rotary equipments.
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues related to maintenance activities.7. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.8. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems before they become major issues.

Key Attributes:
1. Experience: 7+ years in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
