Maintenance Incharge

As a Maintenance Incharge with at least 5 years of experience in factory maintenance, your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery, electrical systems, electronics, and utility equipment to support uninterrupted production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the maintenance team to perform daily, preventive, and breakdown maintenance. - Ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment, including compressors, pumps, generators, etc. - Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery. - Troubleshooting breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime. - Maintaining records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and machine history logs. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to factory maintenance. - Coordinating with production and quality teams for seamless operations. - Planning and monitoring spare parts inventory, vendor management, and AMC contracts. - Training and guiding technicians/operators on basic machine upkeep. - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in factory/plant maintenance. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical systems, PLC basics, and general utilities. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. - Soft Skills: Leadership ability, problem-solving, analytical thinking, good communication, and team management.
