Company Overview:

Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen and restaurant equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor civil issues
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair work
Support new store openings by overseeing installation and setup of equipment
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and service logs

Requirements:

ITI in Electrician
(Mandatory)
Minimum
1 year of experience
in maintenance within the
QSR or FMCG
industry (Mandatory)
Good understanding of electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and general maintenance work
Ability to handle multiple outlets and travel across locations within Chennai
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
