The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance engineering and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-14 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and methodologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
