Maintenance Engineering Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, documentation, safety compliance, training, supervision, budget management, collaboration, and communication related to equipment maintenance. Your role will involve working with various teams to optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Performing scheduled inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment - Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge - Implementing strategies to predict and prevent future equipment failures - Responding to equipment breakdowns and implementing repairs to minimize downtime - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections - Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities - Providing technical support and training to other maintenance personnel and contractors - Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs and budgets - Working with other teams to optimize operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or other relevant engineering disciplines - Ability to diagnose faults, identify root causes, and develop solutions - Effective communication with various stakeholders - Prioritization of tasks, management of schedules, and meeting deadlines - Understanding and adherence to safety regulations and procedures Note: The job is suitable for freshers and offers benefits like food provided.
