Skilled in operating and *Maintenance crushing plants* ensuring optimal production levels, Equipment maintenance, and strict safety compliance. • Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and proven success in coordinating teams to achieve high productivity and minimal down time. • Production monitoring & reporting & Team leadership. • Equipment maintenance & troubleshooting & Safety compliance. • Preventive and Breakdown maintenance scheduling, Material quality control & Loader & excavator coordination.
