Job Description

As a Maintenance Engineer at our 120-bed hospital in Palwal, your role involves overseeing the Engineering and Maintenance services to minimize asset downtime and ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing measures for Engineering and Maintenance services to prevent disruptions - Utilizing your knowledge of Building Management Systems/services - Conducting daily facility rounds to identify and address potential issues proactively - Tracking and resolving reported operational issues - Managing all engineering and maintenance activities and AMCs - Implementing safe working practices and monitoring them - Developing and managing vendors and handling HVAC & Plumbing tasks across multiple sites - Coordinating site handovers between Projects and Operations To excel in this role, you should have 3-6 years of experience in a reputed hospital and possess the following skills: - Strong leadership abilities - Proven track record of effectively handling multiple breakdowns - Ability to prioritize breakdown resolution - Skills in vendor development and management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the hospital location.,
