Job Description

As a Maintenance Engineer Electrical, your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and machinery in a heavy auto component manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production machines. - Troubleshoot and maintain HT/LT panels, motors, drives, transformers, DG sets, cranes, and utilities. - Work on PLC, CNC, SCADA, VFDs, and automation systems. - Plan and execute AMC schedules to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. - Coordinate with production to ensure machine availability and efficiency. - Uphold safety standards, ensure statutory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation. - Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, CNC machines, hydraulics, and pneumatics. - Familiarity with TPM, Lean, and Kaizen practices. - Excellent problem-solving and team-handling skills. In this role, industry experience in Heavy Engineering, Auto Component, or Automotive OEMs would be preferred.,
