About the Role

Maintenance Engineer

In this role, you will ensure that all equipment runs efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement activities within the maintenance and production departments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of
Dry and Wet Sandblasting Machines
and
Industrial Surface Cleaning Systems
(Ultrasonic and Spray).
Lead the
setup, calibration, and operation
of surface cleaning and blasting machines.
Maintain
supporting systems
such as vacuum pumps, chillers, water pumps, conveyors, and related components.
Inspect, test, and replace
critical spare parts
to prevent unplanned downtime.
Apply knowledge of
pneumatics, electrical circuits, servo systems, and PLC-controlled machines
for diagnostics and repair.
Execute
Preventive, Time-Based, and Condition-Based Maintenance
activities.
Participate in
Kaizen
and
5S
initiatives to improve efficiency and workplace organization.
Manage
spare parts inventory
, prepare
SOPs
, and maintain
technical documentation
for all equipment.

Requirements

B.tech/ BE full time
Proven experience in maintaining
sandblasting
,
ultrasonic
, or
industrial cleaning machines
.
Understanding of
pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
.
Basic knowledge of
PLC and automation systems
is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings and maintenance manuals
.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Commitment to
safety, quality, and continuous improvement
.
