Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: You should have experience in the Dyeing unit and be responsible for performing routine, scheduled, and condition-based maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns. Your role will involve diagnosing faults, implementing repairs, and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and other engineering staff involved in practical maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and control maintenance budgets, working with management to ensure cost-effective maintenance programs. - Manage the inventory of spare parts and components, and procure specialized parts as needed for installations or repairs. - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with other departments, clients, and contractors to schedule repairs, installations, and major overhauls. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, review work orders, and generate reports for management. Qualifications Required: - Experience in a Dyeing unit - Knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques - Supervisory skills to lead and train maintenance technicians - Strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards Additional Details: The company expects you to work full-time in person.
