Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance of machines, equipment, and plant utilities. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in production machinery. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. Ensure proper functioning of motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and wiring systems . Support mechanical maintenance activities like lubrication, alignment, and basic repairs. Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, transformers, and generators . Maintain records of maintenance activities and follow safety protocols . Work closely with the production and operations teams for smooth plant functioning . Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering . 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setup . Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs . Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution . Role & responsibilities 1) Well aware of Coding Systems of Inventory maintained in Stores & Warehouse for RM, WIP, Logistics 2) Monitor all inventory control processes and implement perpetual inventory counting system & labelling & tracking of various inventory items. 3) Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory quarterly and inaccuracies to be resolved & reporting the discrepancy to department head. 4) Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control used in the Manufacturing units. 5) Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock. 6) Well aware Kanban & Kaizen Systems & 5 S principles of Inventory & ABC analysis of Inventory 7) Compiles carrier and route assignments. 8) Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments. 9) Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment. 10) Minimum knowledge of Accounts. 11) Scrap Management of Process Scrap, General Scrap in the factory , its disposal Preferred candidate profile 1) Hands on ERP Knowledge like SAP, MS Dynamics 2) Good English Communication skill 3) High level of integrity and attention to detail 4) Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate across departments
