Job Opening: Maintenance Engineer

Location:

Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of machinery used in refrigerator/freezer manufacturing.
Maintain
CNC machines, VMC machines, assembly line equipment, test rigs, compressors, and utilities
.
Troubleshoot
mechanical and electrical faults
in CNC, VMC, and production machines and implement corrective actions.
Monitor machine performance to ensure
minimum downtime
.
Maintain proper
maintenance data acquisition, records, and documentation
.
Support production teams in resolving
machine-related issues
quickly.
Execute
maintenance schedules
and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow
safety procedures
and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare
maintenance reports
and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills (Key Skills)

CNC & VMC machine maintenance (Mandatory)
Experience in the
refrigerator/freezer manufacturing industry
(preferred).
Strong
mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
ability.
Knowledge of
assembly line equipment, compressors, and utilities
.
Ability to read
mechanical drawings and machine manuals
.
Good
communication and coordination
skills.
Ability to work
independently and in a team environment
.
Basic computer skills:
Excel, Word, Email, maintenance software
.
