Maintenance Engineer

As a Drop-On-Demand Printing Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain DOD printing machines to ensure high-quality output. This includes performing machine setup, calibration, routine maintenance, and quality checks to support smooth production and minimize downtime. You will also handle digital printing operations, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of DOD printers. Monitoring print quality, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teams to meet production schedules will be essential tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for operating and servicing Drop-On-Demand print machines. This involves conducting routine maintenance, ensuring print accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining an inventory of inks and substrates for uninterrupted production. Your role will also include operating and calibrating digital printing equipment, performing quality control checks, maintaining machines, and resolving technical problems to ensure efficient production runs and high print standards. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The job requires a Diploma qualification and is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
