Job Description

Design and develop air intake and exhaust systems for commercial vehicle platforms, ensuring compliance with performance, emissions, and NVH requirements.
Create and manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using industry-standard tools.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure manufacturability and assembly fit.
Collaborate with CAE and CFD teams to validate thermal, flow, and structural performance.
Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R, and other quality assurance activities.
Interface with suppliers, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and validation.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in alignment with product development milestones.
Support cost reduction, localization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
