Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain standardized processes for Scheduling Tool Agent installs, uninstalls, and upgrades.
Provide Level 2 production support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
Plan, communicate, and coordinate scheduling tool upgrades across environments.
Perform post-upgrade validation and checkout activities to ensure system stability.
Provide on-call support for scheduling tool anomalies across EVN and USM environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex scheduling and batch processing issues.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Maintain documentation and follow operational best practices and compliance standards.
Deliver high-quality customer service while communicating complex technical concepts to users with varying technical expertise.

Experience Required:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe Operations.
Strong experience with scheduling tools such as ESP, CA7, UC4, and Robot.
Working knowledge of MVS, JES, CICS, DB2, and VTAM commands.
Experience with JCL, NDM, and FTP.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in day-to-day production support environments.
