Must Have:

Should have basic knowledge of Mainframe System Architecture and zOS concepts.
Should have hands-on experience in RACF panel & Vanguard tool, ACF2, etc.
Good knowledge about RACF Attributes, Groups, Dataset, and General resource profiles.
Should be able to create User IDs, groups, and assign user attributes, etc.
Should have good knowledge of RACF commands and RACF panel navigation.
Should be able to understand and provide access based on roles and requirements.
Should be able to judge "Right access provided to right person" as it can cause a critical impact to the system if provided incorrectly.

Good to Have:

Strong communication skills
Flexible with shifts
