Mainframe (Miantec) – Insurance Domain Consultant

We’re Hiring | Mainframe (Miantec) Expert & Power Platform & Insurance Domain Consultant.

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Domain Consultant with strong Miantec and IBM Mainframe expertise to support and modernize core insurance platforms. This role combines deep insurance functional knowledge with hands-on mainframe exposure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for insurance processes: Policy, Underwriting, Claims, Billing
• Lead functional analysis and documentation (BRD, FS, User Stories)
• Collaborate closely with Mainframe teams (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
• Support Miantec configuration, enhancements, UAT, and production rollout
• Drive process optimization and ensure regulatory compliance

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the Insurance domain (Life / P&C / Health)
• Strong hands-on experience with Miantec Insurance Systems
• Exposure to IBM Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

🔹 Good to Have

• Core insurance system modernization experience
• Agile / SAFe delivery exposure
