Are you a visionary architect with a passion for impactful design and execution We're looking for a Senior Architect with a strong background in high-rise and multi-story projects to lead our next ambitious venture.
What Youll Do
Lead the architectural planning & design of multi-story buildingsCollaborate with in-house teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, etc.)Drive the design process from concept to site executionEnsure alignment with codes, regulations, and sustainability practicesConduct site visits to ensure design fidelity and quality controlManage BOQs, design documentation, and authority approvals
What Were Looking For
8+ years of relevant experience (minimum 5 years in multi-story projects)B.Arch/ M.Arch from a recognized institutionStrong in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & design toolsExcellent cross-functional coordination and leadership skillsCOA registration preferred
Bonus if you bring:
Experience in green buildingsA sharp eye for innovation, function, and formTeam mentoring and project leadership experience
Location: Chennai, Full-Time
