Lead and mentor a team of mainframe cobol, db2, vsam, jcl, mainframe cics developers in designing, developing, and testing mainframe applications.
Must Have
Manage the full software development lifecycle of mainframe projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
Must Have
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Must Have
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
Must Have
Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations in all mainframe development activities
Must Have
Proficiency in mainframe cobol programming language. Strong knowledge of mainframe db2, vsam, and jcl. Experience with mainframe cics in a production environment. Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and system software.
