Key Responsibilities

• Write copy for

  social media posts, campaign ads, reels, website content, and scripts

• Collaborate with designers and creative producers to brainstorm campaign ideas
• Use AI tools to

  generate, refine, and test copy variations

  (headlines, captions, ads)
• Assist in developing

  brand tone of voice

  and ensure consistency across platforms
• Support senior copywriters and creative directors in

  pitches and client presentations

• Stay on top of

  pop culture, internet trends, memes, and language shifts

  to keep content fresh

What We’re Looking For

• A strong command of English and Hinglish copywriting
• Familiarity with

  AI copy tools

  like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai (mandatory)
• Creative instincts—can turn a dull brief into a scroll-stopping idea
• Passion for writing, content creation, and social-first communication
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
• A small portfolio (college projects, blog, freelance work, or even witty tweets welcome)
