Key Responsibilities: Analyze seasonal trends, competitor pricing, and macroeconomic factors affecting brand demand. Conduct pricing-related consumer research and extract relevant insights. Collaborate with data scientists to build price models and simulate pricing scenarios. Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share. Partner with global brand and franchise teams to execute and monitor pricing initiatives. Track post-implementation performance and provide improvement recommendations. Must-Have Qualifications: Master’s degree (MBA, Economics, Marketing, or related). 6–10 years of experience in pricing, merchandising, consumer insights, or strategy. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with hands-on experience in pricing models. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Exposure to franchise or retail/QSR business models is preferred. Preferred: Familiarity with pricing tools, databases (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools). Prior experience in QSR, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer tech domains. Cultural adaptability to work with global teams.
