Machine Shop Supervisor

As the Machining Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various machining operations, including CNC, milling, turning, grinding, and drilling. Your main duties will involve planning daily production schedules based on order requirements and deadlines, as well as ensuring smooth coordination between the fabrication, machine shop, and assembly departments. You will be supervising a team of machinists and technicians, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
