About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Operations & Service Executive to oversee the smooth running of our clean-label beverage dispensing machines across client locations in Hyderabad. This role combines machine operation, basic technical servicing, refilling, and client interaction. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, reliable, and comfortable with daily travel for on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned client locations daily to operate, monitor, and service dispensing machines.
• Ensure machines are clean, functional, and adequately stocked with beverages and supplies.
• Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Escalate major technical issues to the operations/technical support team.
• Maintain accurate logs of stock usage, machine servicing, and daily operations.
• Support new machine installations and ensure smooth handover at client sites.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with FSSAI and company guidelines.
• Interact with client staff professionally and represent the company positively.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in machine operations, vending/dispensing machines, or technical servicing roles.
• Ability to handle basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Must be open to daily travel across Hyderabad client locations.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
