The role involves operating and maintaining CNC machining centers, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC/HMC machines and monitor production.Interpret engineering drawings and follow job instructions.Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits.Conduct quality checks using Vernier, micrometer, and other measuring tools.Maintain machine health and report issues.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

Experience in VMC/HMC machine operation.Knowledge of CNC machining processes.Familiarity with quality control and measuring instruments.Ability to read and understand technical drawings.Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
