Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: Operate labeling, filling, and tube-filling machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up machines for production runs, including loading raw materials, components, and packaging materials. Monitor line operation and product flow to ensure smooth production and consistent quality. Adjust machine settings and parameters to achieve desired filling volumes, sealing quality, and label alignment. Conduct routine checks on machine performance and promptly report malfunctions or abnormalities. Perform minor troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance for repairs when needed. Inspect finished products for quality—checking labeling accuracy, fill levels, sealing, and packaging integrity. Maintain accurate production and downtime records. Follow hygiene, safety, and quality protocols, including GMP and 5S standards. Assist in changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities. Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives in the production area.
