Field Sales Executive – Salon Onboarding

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive salon partnerships. The role involves identifying potential salons, onboarding them onto our platform/brand, building strong relationships with salon owners and staff, and ensuring smooth product/service integration. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new salons in the assigned territory. Pitch company products/services effectively to salon owners/managers and secure partnerships. Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and presentations at salons. Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets as defined by management. Maintain strong relationships with salon partners to drive long-term collaboration. Ensure salons are trained and well-informed about product/service usage, offers, and promotions. Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share with the team. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Ensure smooth order booking, delivery coordination, and timely payments from onboarded salons. Represent the brand professionally during salon visits, events, or promotional activities.
