Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC, cutting, punching, bending, drilling, and milling machines per shop/fabrication drawings.
• Perform machine calibration, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Ensure components meet approved drawings, dimensions, and tolerances; conduct first-piece and routine inspections.
• Identify and report quality issues; follow QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and checklists.
• Maintain safe working practices, adhere to PPE, ISO, QAP, SOPs, and 5S standards.
• Handle and store tools, jigs, fixtures, and materials properly.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Design, and Stores teams; maintain daily production records and machine logs.
• Support urgent production requirements and overtime work as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Production, or Fabrication (preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in aluminium, façade, steel, or fabrication industries.
• Experience with aluminium profiles, façade systems, or structural components is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to read and interpret shop/fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges).
• Understanding of quality and safety standards.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new machines/processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
