We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for production runs.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and fabrication processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is essential.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CAM programming is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous.
• Experience operating forklifts and hand tools for materials handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand tooling and machining processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
