Machine Operator (BLOWN FILM 5 LAYER)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating the 5 layer Rajoo IBC machine as a Machine Operator. This role entails working 12-hour shifts, both day and night, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. Attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Perform setup and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for production specifications. - Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain standards. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols. - Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and fabrication. - Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as required. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment. - Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CAM programming preferred. - Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks is a plus. - Knowledge of GD&T principles is advantageous. - Experience operating forklifts and hand tools for materials handling. - Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling and machining processes. - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations in production tasks. - Ability to work effectively in an assembly line setting while focusing on quality control.
