What You’ll Do

Build LLM-powered solutions for document understanding, summarization, and QA

Architect RAG pipelines using vector DBs and embedding models

Fine-tune open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.)

Lead POCs with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc. and benchmark results

Collaborate with engineering/product teams to ship ML features

Work with OCR outputs, unstructured data, and knowledge bases

Stay updated on GenAI, LLM, and retrieval trends

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in ML, AI, and NLP | 2+ years specializing in LLMs and Generative AI

Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain

Experience with vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate)

Proven RAG pipeline development and prompt engineering

LLM fine-tuning, quantization, scalable deployment expertise

Bonus: OCR tools experience (Azure Form Recognizer, Tesseract, Google Vision)

Solid understanding of MLOps and scalable ML systems
